Disney Cruise Line Revives “Dine and Play” for Families
Disney Cruise Line is bringing back its “Dine and Play” program starting February 1, 2025. Originally suspended in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this service allows kids aged 3 to 10 who are registered in the Oceaneer Club or Oceaneer Lab to eat quickly before heading to the kids’ club. Parents can take their time dining while the kids have fun.
The program will be available exclusively during the second dinner seating at 8:15 p.m. Families interested in participating must inform their dining server upon arrival. Between 9:00 p.m. and 9:15 p.m., youth counselors will escort the children to the kids’ areas while parents remain in the dining room. This program is not available during the first dinner seating as of yet.
“Dine and Play” will roll out across the fleet in phases:
- February 1: Disney Treasure and Disney Dream
- February 2: Disney Fantasy and Disney Magic
- February 3: Disney Wonder and Disney Wish
Guests dining in restaurants with live entertainment, like Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure and Worlds of Marvel, should note that participating kids may miss the end of the show or character interactions. The program is designed to make mealtimes smoother for families while keeping kids engaged in onboard activities.
